PHOTO COUNT DELIVERED:


Photo deliverable stated is the minimum that will be included in your gallery. The total number may be higher, depending on how efficiently the session goes and how many shots are captured. Unlike most photographers, I do not cap your total image count per package, instead I deliver all of the best images regardless of the session type! The time allotted per session translates into how many poses/prompts we can get through and therefore how many images you will receive. Don't worry, no special moments will be deleted simply to fit your gallery into a set deliverable count!

This package does not include ceremony coverage, instead it encompasses all post-elopement newlywed portraits and group shots with friends and family.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you travel for shoots?

Absolutely! Travel within 25 miles of Columbia, Missouri is included with every session. Sessions beyond that radius may be subject to a travel fee. If you have a dream location in mind, I'd love to hear about it and can provide a custom quote if needed. Otherwise, I have a list of beautiful locations within Columbia that we can utilize at no extra cost.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Of course! From selecting the perfect location to outfit recommendations and timing for the best light, I'm happy to guide you through the planning process. My goal is to make your session feel relaxed and enjoyable while creating images that reflect your relationship in an authentic and meaningful way.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice at no additional charge. Cancellations, rescheduling within 72 hours of the session and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your reserve payment. In the event of an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible and we'll work together to find the best solution!

4. what happens in the event of extreme weather?

If weather conditions are unsafe or would negatively impact your session, such as rain or extreme heat, we'll simply reschedule for the next available date that works for both of us. Overcast skies are actually ideal for creating beautiful, soft lighting, so sessions are not automatically rescheduled due to cloudy weather. The final decision will be made together based on the forecast and conditions.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes! My fiance is a professional videographer and will accompany me on any session that desires video. From slow motion to short film, together we will create the perfect gallery of photos and videos of your special moment. This is especially effective for elopements and events. Contact for pricing.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely, these sessions are entirely about you! Feel free to bring along inspiration pics and we will work together to recreate your favorite shots as effectively as possible. Not sure where to start? Don't worry, I will come prepared with inspiration and poses of my own!

7. Can we meet before the session?

I understand the importance of feeling comfortable with your photographer, that is why I am always happy to connect before your session to answer questions, discuss your vision, and help you feel confident and prepared. Most planning can be done through email, phone, or video chat, but if you'd prefer to meet in person, we can discuss options based on location and availability.

8. How long until I receive the final photos?

You can expect a few sneak peeks within 48 hours of your session. Full portrait galleries are typically delivered within 1 week, while event and elopement galleries may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the season and scope of coverage. Every image is carefully selected and edited to ensure the highest quality final gallery, which takes extensive time and care.
