• Have a wedding date scheduled during the 2026 calendar year.
• Complete the application in full.
• Agree to these Official Rules.
• Agree to sign the photographer's standard Wedding Photography Agreement if selected.

Applications are welcome from couples throughout the United States.

Applicants must complete all required entry steps outlined in the announcement, including:

• Following the required social media account(s).
• Completing the online application.
• Providing accurate and truthful information.

Applications that are incomplete, fraudulent, or contain false information may be disqualified.

This is a curated portfolio search—not a random drawing.

Applications will be reviewed based on factors including, but not limited to:

• Compatibility with the photographer's artistic style
• Wedding vision and overall aesthetic
• Storytelling potential
• Application responses
• Venue and location
• Availability
• Overall fit for the Featured Wedding Couple Search

The photographer reserves the sole and absolute discretion to select one Featured Wedding Couple or to select no couple if no application meets the desired criteria. The photographer's decision is final.

The selected couple will receive:

• Up to eight (8) consecutive hours of wedding day photography coverage
• Timeline planning assistance
• Professionally edited online gallery
• High-resolution digital images
• Printing rights

This experience has no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash or credit.

Applications are accepted nationwide.

For weddings outside the photographer's local service area, the selected couple agrees to cover all reasonable travel-related expenses, including but not limited to airfare, mileage, lodging, rental transportation, parking, baggage fees, and any other necessary travel costs.

Travel arrangements and costs must be agreed upon before booking is finalized.

Because this is a Featured Wedding portfolio opportunity, the selected couple grants Shianne Parie Photography permission to use photographs from the wedding for promotional and business purposes, including but not limited to:

• Portfolio
• Website
• Blog
• Social media
• Marketing and advertising
• Printed materials
• Publications
• Photography competitions
• Educational purposes

No additional compensation will be provided for image usage.

The selected couple must:

• Sign the photographer's Wedding Photography Contract.
• Cooperate in planning the photography timeline.
• Maintain communication leading up to the wedding.
• Notify the photographer immediately of any changes regarding the wedding date, venue, or schedule.

Failure to complete the booking process within the requested timeframe will result in forfeiture of selection.

The photographer reserves the right to:

• Modify or end the Featured Wedding Couple Search at any time.
• Extend or shorten application deadlines.
• Disqualify applications that violate these rules.
• Verify information submitted within any application.
• Select no Featured Wedding Couple if no application is deemed suitable.
• Refuse service for reasons permitted under applicable law.

By submitting an application, applicants agree to release and hold harmless Shianne Parie Photography, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising from participation in this Search or the Featured Wedding Experience, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Information submitted through this application will be used for purposes related to the Featured Wedding Couple Search, future communication regarding photography services, and marketing communications if consent is provided.

Applicant information will never be sold to third parties.
